I enjoyed my stay at Desert Breezes Resort, thanks to its great location near shopping, dining, and the Indian Wells Tennis Center. However, I faced a few issues regarding the cleanliness of the unit and the unresponsiveness of management, which were quite disappointing. Overall, it had its ups and downs, but I was happy I chose this resort for my getaway.

My unit had some cleanliness issues, including stains on the carpet and hair on the bathroom floor. Additionally, there were no gate card keys as promised in the check-in instructions.

The management company was unresponsive to my calls, but WIVC was helpful in providing a gate code for entry. But the service could definitely improve, especially considering I was disturbed early in the morning by staff watering outside my unit.
